Can fireworks be set off in the park?

No, public fireworks are not allowed in any of the Noblesville City Parks. No person shall possess, discharge, set off, or cause to be discharged, in or into any park area, firecrackers, torpedoes, rockets, fireworks, explosives, or substance harmful to the life or safety of persons or property. This shall also include those devices described as “safe and sane” fireworks. For all other areas within the City of Noblesville, please see the City Ordinance #3-1-09.
