Dogs are allowed at the park. We ask that the dog is kept on a leash and owners clean up after them. Please keep in mind that some events are attended by over 1,000 people of all ages. Please use discretion if your dog doesn’t do well in crowds. Please refer to Noblesville City Ordinance 78-12-04 for the additional regulations. Violations will result in fines. Dogs or other pets or domestic animals are not permitted on any athletic playing field, or children’s playground area.

Summer Camp is offered at three camp locations (Forest Park, Dillon Park, and Finch Creek Park), along with our preschool camp for ages 3-5! For information or to register, call the Parks’ Office at 317-776-6350 or register online. Registration typically opens in February.
Noblesville Parks are open daily from 5 AM to 11 PM, unless otherwise posted. Special events being held by the Parks Department or rental groups at the Forest Park Inn, Forest Park Lodge and/or Green Room at Federal Hill Commons are exceptions. The outdoor facilities of the Parks are officially closed from November 1st - March 31st. No overnight parking is permitted in the Noblesville City Parks.
They are typically operated from Memorial Day weekend until the end of September, weather permitting. If you arrive during opening hours and the water is not running, touch the sensor to activate the water.
The Forest Park Aquatic Center is run by Friends of Central Pool and not the Noblesville Parks and Recreation Department. You may contact them at 317-773- 4649 or at their website, www.forestparkpool.org.
No, public fireworks are not allowed in any of the Noblesville City Parks. No person shall possess, discharge, set off, or cause to be discharged, in or into any park area, firecrackers, torpedoes, rockets, fireworks, explosives, or substance harmful to the life or safety of persons or property. This shall also include those devices described as “safe and sane” fireworks. For all other areas within the City of Noblesville, please see the City Ordinance #3-1-09.
Please contact the Noblesville Parks and Recreation Department administrative office, 317-776-6350. There is a deposit required and a contract must be issued between the Parks Department and party holding the event meeting certain criteria.
Parks and trails, along with public restrooms, skate parks, courts, splash pads, and playgrounds are all open. However, drinking fountains remain closed based on the state’s recommendation. Park visitors and trail users are asked to practice social distancing to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19. Thank you for your understanding during this time.
State Law prohibits bringing alcohol into a city park. Some events may include onsite food and drink vendors who have permits to sell beer or alcohol. Facility rentals require Host Liquor Liability Insurance and Temporary Beer and Wine Permit, which will be discussed with you at the time the rental reservations are made.
No, motorized vehicles, including golf carts, are not allowed on any trails in the Noblesville City Parks trail system, with the exception of motorized wheelchairs or official city vehicles being operated by Park employees.
No, bonfires are prohibited. Fires are only allowed to be used in the designated charcoal grills at the shelters and picnic areas.
We requestthat campers bring their own spray sunscreen for counselors to apply.
Yes, camp happens rain or shine. Inthe case of excessive rain or severe weather, Forest Park campers will berelocated to the Lodge, and Dillon Park campers will relocate to the indoorshelter below the maintenance garage. If we know of all-day severeweather ahead of time, Dillon Park campers will be dropped off at Forest Park.Parents/guardians will be notified the evening before.
Each day campers should bring the following items: lunch and 2healthy snacks, a water bottle, swimsuit, shoes for water activities, towel, extra pair of clothes, spray sunscreen and specialty bug spray (ifneeded). Please also bring a bag for all of their belongings. All items should be clearly labeled withyour child’s name on it.
