Create your own schedule, be a mentor, focus on professional development, and attend weekly field trips!
For the fourth year, the Noblesville Parks and Recreation Department is offering a summer Counselor in Training (CIT) program for 12-17 year olds. The CIT program provides opportunities for participants to work alongside camp counselors and lead children at Noble Kids Camp. The program also provides unique adventure opportunities, as well as, engage the teens in a couple service projects throughout the summer.
Camp hours are from 8am-4pm, but CIT’s create their own schedule with an average minimum of six hours a week. We just ask that they communicate when they will be at the program. CIT’s should wear their Noble Kids Camp Staff shirt and tennis shoes to the days they are coming to the program.
Location: Forest Park Lodge
Dates: June 8 - July 31 (No CIT week of June 29-July 3)
Cost: $300 for the summer
*All interested teens will interview for the mentorship, be required to go through staff training June 8-10, and be given specific tasks for the week. To set up an interview, please contact Kaitlyn Smith at firstname.lastname@example.org or 317-776-6350 by May 18th*
