Youth Programs

Youth programs allow participants to try out an activity without parents making a long time, equipment, or large financial commitment. All children's classes are at the introductory level, and no experience is required. However, activities are usually not duplicated if a child would like to participate in more than one session. Programs are operated by Noblesville Parks staff or our contractors. Half scholarships are available for all children and youth classes.

Things to know:

• "NR" denotes a non-resident who resides outside the corporate city limits of Noblesville, and higher fee applies.
• Noblesville Parks reserves the right to cancel classes with insufficient enrollment.
• Pre-registration is required one week prior to the program start. 
• Program/Class Refund Policy: If a customer chooses to cancel their participation in a program, the following refunds will be processed: 
  • 2 or more weeks notice: Your program is fully refundable. 
  • If less than 2 week notice is given: You will receive no refund for your program. 

  • The refund may be returned to the customer by a credit on their household account, valid through December 31st of the current year, or by check in the mail (Arrives within 45 days).
